The Girls Movement is not just an event—it’s a calling. Established in 2014, this movement began when our founder, Cynthia Peña, attended a conference that deeply moved her. She felt a calling to bring that same experience of faith, connection, and encouragement to the community in Arizona. With a heart full of passion and a vision for unity, The Girls Movement was created to uplift and empower girls and women in their spiritual journey.

At our core, we believe in the power of faith and community. Rooted in the belief that we are one body in Christ, we have cultivated a strong network of churches, ministries, and faith-based women-owned businesses across Arizona. Together, we’ve built a movement where girls and women can grow, support one another, and strengthen their relationship with God.

Today, The Girls Movement continues to grow as a vibrant community of faith-filled girls and women across Arizona. Together, we rise not as individuals, but as a movement united one body in Christ.
